Alt characters wrongly displayed in Windows
I have a weird problem on a specific computer. When using alt characters,
they are wrongly displayed. For example, I cannot type the letter ê.
Instead, it displays as ^^e.
I have checked all language and keyboards settings and they are correct.
This happens on Windows 7 and has nothing to do with the keyboard (I've
tried a different one).
Any tips?
